Quebec Agrotourism

In 1984, furthermore preoccupy by the difficulties lived by the young adults of our days, the nuns of Sainte-Croix founds a resource to help them.

In May 1986, after many steps, D-Three-Stones exist to offer a key learning to young adults who, at the end of a therapy or a personal step, want to get involve in a work project.

In 1988, a strong partnership builds up between D-Trois-Pierres and the Montreal Urban Community who propose the exploitation of an ecological farm: the Cap-Saint-Jacques. So it's in an exceptional environment that the young adults live their experience.

The Cap-Saint-Jacque ecological farm, an ideal example of Quebec agrotourism, welcome approximately 75 000 guest every year. The farm, who offers youth employment, is the property of the Montreal Urban Community but it is administrated by d3pierres.

The natural-park, Cap-Saint-Jacques, is at the moment the most important natural-park and Quebecer agrotouristic of the Montreal Urban Community. We can find a beach, outdoor base camp, walking trails, biking trails and cross-country skiing.

The site of the ecological farm is open all year long. The activities are accessible every season.
