Finally, there is social and professional integration program at the Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park Ecological Farm. It is a paid job of 6 to 18 months where there is technical and professional supervision, the possibility of personal and social development, access to external help and resources, as well as undertaking a dynamic job research.
