D-Trois-Pierres runs two ecological farms. They are the Cap-Saint-Jacques farm and the farm at Saint-Paul (Joliette). We are members of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) from Equiterre and all our products are certified biologically by Garantie Bio-Ecocert. Our farms do not use any pesticides, fertilizers or genitically modified organismes (GMO) and respect the environnement.
A huge variety of vegetables and fruits are producted annually and partners can buy a basket of varied vegetables and fruits every week for a period of 20 to 22 weeks, depending on the season. The partners may have to take a small financial risk for a given season or share benefits of a bountyful harvest, as we have no control over mother nature. It is a surprise basket which is distributed to everybody as per season. It is also possible to buy vegetables and fruits if you go to our respective farms.
