Vacation management
Going on vacation - If you want to benefit from our offer to replace one of your vacation weeks' basket by doubling your basket, by default, two (2) later, please follow the steps described in the 'User Guide' for Farmigo.
For your additional vacation weeks, your basket will be delivered at your regular drop-off point and you can ask someone else to pick it up in your place. If the basket is not claimed, it will be offered to one of our young trainees.
Forgotten or unclaimed basket
However, under no other circumstances will we double a basket or give a refund. If you forget to collect your basket or cannot claim it during the regular hours allocated to your pick up location, you have tow options for claiming it:
- At the Beaconsfield AMT train station market on Thursdays from 3:00 to 6:30 pm (recommended for Tuesday's and Wednesday's pick up locations)
- At the general store of the Farm on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 3pm (recommended for Thursday's pick up locations.)
In any case, you need to call our customer service at 514-648-8805 ext. 3105 as soon as possible and before Friday 5pm to notify us of your intention to claim your basket at either location. An unclaimed basket is a lost one.
Pick up location change request
During the current season, you are allowed to proceed to up to two (2) temporary pick up location changes and a permanent pick up location change, if needed. You will find the step by step procedure in the 'User Guide' for Farmigo.
Online store
The online store is a complementary service to our vegetable basket. Each week, you will be able to order local and/or organic products to complement your basket and your order will be delivered along with your basket at your pick up location. You will find the procedure to place an online order in the 'User guide' for Farmigo.
A interesting selection of farm products are offered:
- From D-Trois-Pierres: Eggs (non organic), organic maple syrup and pickling products.
- Honey
- Organic flours
- Organic sunflower seed oil
- Organic jams
- Fair trade and organic coffee
And much more...
Also, you will have access to organic fruits from local growers in season (strawberries, blueberries and apples). Additional organic vegetables and herbs from our farm will be available for picklind and conserving (basil, garlic, garlic flower, tomatoes, beets, green tomatoes, etc.)
Our stock is limited for many of the items of the online store and we consider orders on a first come, first serve basis within the opening hours.
The opening hours of the online store: from Friday at noon to the day preceeding your delivery at midnight.
